    At 11:11 Fitness, we don’t just offer workouts. We create confidence-building, mindset-boosting programs that help you align your body, mind, and goals. Every PT package fits into your life, helping you stay consistent, progress safely, and feel empowered whether you train in the gym, at home, or outdoors.


    12-Week Program Structure

    All programs run for 12 weeks with 3 workouts per week:

    • ALIGN: 1 PT session + 2 self-led workouts
    • ASCEND: 2 PT sessions + 1 self-led workout
    • IGNITE: 3 PT sessions fully coached

    Self-led workouts are adaptable:

    • No gym? You’ll get home-friendly workouts, Pilates, bodyweight circuits, walks, or runs.
    • Have a gym membership? Your self-led workouts include gym-based exercises.
    • All exercises are demonstrated during PT sessions so you can complete them safely and confidently.

    ASCEND – Strength & Expansion

    • 2 PT sessions/week + 1 self-led workout
    • Grow stronger physically and mentally with weekly coaching
    • Includes 12-week program PDF, progress tracker, mindset guidance, and optional extra sessions

    IGNITE – Transformation & Power

    • 3 PT sessions/week
    • Fully guided for maximum results and transformation
    • Includes 12-week program PDF, high-level coaching, progress tracker, and mindset guidance
